Using the Future-Fit Business Benchmark, the methodology that underpins our Sustainable Business Coach product, we regularly assess our material environmental risks and performance, including energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, procurement practices, and waste. We have established a carbon footprint baseline and report on our progress annually, with clear objectives to reduce emissions year on year. We also take a conscious approach to travel, energy consumption, and supplier selection, prioritising lower-impact choices wherever possible.
As a digitally led FinTech business, we recognise that our environmental footprint extends beyond our direct operations. We work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure responsible practices across our supply chain, and we monitor the environmental impact associated with our technology infrastructure and hosting services.

We are committed to fair pay, employee wellbeing, inclusive working practices, transparent product communications, and ethical business conduct. Sustainability at Life Moments is overseen at governance level, embedded across the organisation, and reviewed regularly to ensure continuous improvement.
