Our Retirement Coaching products are designed to deliver targeted support to consumers at all stages of the retirement journey. Reflecting the diverse way in which people choose to retire, Life Moments has embraced emotional customer engagement and identified key life stages and moments which can be utilised for engagement.
Building on our First Time Investor and First Time Buyer digital coaching experiences, which target typically customers in the 25-45 age range, we have developed two product offerings for those in the 40-70 age range.
Our midlife product is designed to activate an interest in retirement financial planning by focusing on a range of life moments that predominantly impact consumers in the 40-55 age range. From supporting children through university or into a first job, through to divorce and helping elderly parents, we are able to help firms deliver targeted support that has proven to activate a financial discussion.
Our retirement hub product is a later life coach, designed to engage consumers in the 50+ age demographic with a more targeted retirement discussion reflecting their financial plans, retirement lifestyle and property assets.
